The Hybrid MultiPlexor is Maxiton's most advanced stationary refuse compactor, engineered for high-density residential developments, commercial complexes, and industrial facilities. Unlike conventional single-mechanism compactors, the Hybrid combines a rotary drum pre-compression stage with a powerful hydraulic ram packer — achieving a 3:1 compaction ratio with throughput up to 190 m³/hr.
Equipped with a built-in bin lifter and refuse chute interface, the Hybrid MultiPlexor integrates seamlessly into building waste management infrastructure. The wide discharge opening prevents clogging, while the internal and external flushing system keeps the unit clean without manual entry.
Built-in INVERTER with TAiPAN smart IoT technology. Extends motor life, reduces power consumption and noise, more compact with easy troubleshooting.
Live data collection for remote monitoring — system performance updates, refuse weight tracking, and operational analytics via the Maxiton WMS platform.
Bi-dimensional sensing technology — simultaneously monitors weight mass (kg) and hydraulic pressure (PSI) for precise fill-level detection.
Ultrasonic ozone generator reduces odour from bacteria at 2,000mg/hour capacity. Keeps refuse rooms clean and hygienic.
Integrated smoke and fire detection signals alarm when particles exceed threshold. Up to 10,000ppm detection sensitivity.
